Jenny McConnell, B.App.Sc.(Phty), Grad.Dip.Man.Ther, M.Biomed.Eng.

Jenny McConnell is a physiotherapist working in private practice in Sydney, Australia. Jenny has been involved in research into patellofemoral, shoulder and lumbar spine problems. She has published widely in these areas and has lectured extensively and conducted workshops around the world on the management of chronic musculoskeletal problems - patellofemoral, lower limb, shoulder and spine. Jenny has a visiting senior fellow position at Melbourne University. Jenny is currently on the editorial board of the Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy as well as the British Journal of Sports Medicine. At the recent NSW Sports Safety awards dinner Jenny was awarded the prestigious F.E. Johnson Memorial Fellowship for outstanding achievement by an established researcher in the field of science & medicine in sport. Contact Jenny at

Mark Looper Mark received his MS in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. Mark earned his Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in 1998 from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Mark is co-owner and director of Olympic Physical Therapy in Kirkland, WA.

Linda Tremain, PT, ATC

Linda Tremain Linda earned her Physical Therapy degree at the University of Iowa. Linda is also a certified Pilates instructor and the owner of a private practice, Personal Best Performance in Downers Grove, IL. She has been teaching the McConnell workshops since 1990.

Mary Kroth-Brunet, MS, PT

Mary Kroth-Brunet With a BS in biomedical engineering, Mary went on to earn her MS in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama in 1983. She is a 1992 graduate of the Kaiser Hayward Residency Program and owner of Gorham P.T. in Gorham, ME.

Yolanta Soroko, M.S, PT, ATC

Yolanta received her Physical Therapy degree and Athletic Training experience from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She then went on to earn her MS in Therapeutic Sciences also from UW- Madison. Yolanta worksin Wausau WI for Marshfield Clinic, a large private multispecialty group in the United States. Yolanta has been teaching with the McConnell Institute since 1995

Dan is owner and director of Body Rx Physical Therapy in Glendale, CA. He earned his BS in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University and his DPT from the University of Southern California in 1999.

Alfio Albasini – Italy, Portugal, Greece, UK, Brazil

Alfio Albasini Alfio is owner of a physiotherapy clinic in Bellinzona in Switzerland. Alfio studied physiotherapy in Basel Switzerland and obtained his graduate diploma in Manipulative therapy from Curtin University in 1995. Alfio has been teaching McConnell courses since 1997. Alfio speaks five languages fluently and conducts courses in Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Brazil and the Middle East. Rolf Baeni – Switzerland, Germany, Austria

Rolf is owner of a physiotherapy clinic Medical Fitness Team in Basel, Switzerland. Rolf studied physiotherapy in Bern Switzerland. Rolf has been teaching McConnell courses since 1996. Rolf speaks four languages and conducts courses in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

Marco Jardim – Portugal, Spain

Marco studied physiotherapy in Lisbon, Portugal. He is currently assistant professor in Escola Superior de Saúde – Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, Portugal and his clinical experience is related to sports physiotherapy - Portuguese Rugby League. Presently he is the chairman of the executive board of the Portuguese Sports Physiotherapy Group and also the director of the Portuguese journal of sports physiotherapy (Revista Portuguesa de Fisioterapia no Desporto). Marco has been teaching McConnell courses since 2004.
